Stock tokens in re-sellable condition will be accepted for return within 90 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a return needs to be made, please call sales at 800-514-6312 and let us know which tokens are being returned with an order number for reference if possible . Once the tokens are received, you will be reimbursed, less a 20% re-stocking fee and original freight charges. Original freight charges are not refundable. TokensDirect is not responsible for return freight.

Tokens must be bagged and packaged appropriately for shipping. Tokens that are put loose in a box will not be accepted.

Custom tokens are not returnable.
